个人简介

1986年获北京大学生物化学专业学士学位;1989年获北京大学生物化学专业硕士学位;1995年获美国Rutgers新泽西州立大学微生物学和分子遗传学博士。1995年-2000年在美国加州大学Santa Barbara分校从事博士后研究工作;2000年-2003年在美国AlleCure/Mannkind免疫学生物公司任R&D部门Senior Scientist。2003年7月-2015年9月,中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员、博士生导师;曾任中科院上海生科院营养科学研究所副所长、中国科学院营养与代谢重点实验室副主任、武汉大学生命科学学院副院长。

2004年入选中国科学院“百人计划”;2009年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”;2010年获“上海市优秀学科带头人”称号;2011年获“国务院政府特殊津贴”及“药明康德生命化学研究奖”;2012年获“上海市领军人才”称号。2012年国家科技部重大科学研究计划(973计划)和2019年国家重点研发计划“发育编程及其代谢调节”专项项目首席科学家;JBC杂志编委。

长年致力于探索衰老与代谢相关疾病的分子机制,利用动物模型在生理学水平上研究营养失衡、细胞应激与代谢紊乱的机制关联,力图深入了解肥胖、脂肪肝与2型糖尿病等慢性疾病的分子基础,探寻新的药物干预靶标。在Nature Immunology、Cell Metabolism、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature Metabolism、PNAS等国际主流学术期刊上发表论文90余篇,并获授权国家发明专利两项。

科研领域

致力于研究代谢调控的分子生理学机制和衰老相关慢性疾病的病理学基础。利用动物模型,在机体水平上探索营养失衡、内质网应激与代谢紊乱和炎症的机制关联,深入了解慢性疾病发生发展的分子病理学机制,为肥胖、2型糖尿病、脂肪性肝炎及衰老相关慢性疾病的防治探寻新的干预靶标。
