个人简介

实验室研究方向是真菌的致病机理,致力于探索人类病原真菌形态转换的调控机制、对宿主微环境信号的感受方式和营养代谢途径和病原真菌和宿主免疫系统互作机制。取得的研究成果以通讯或第一作者发表在Nature Cell Biology、Cell Host & MicrobeNature CommunicationsPNASPLoS BiologymBio、和PLoS Pathogens等杂志上。曾受邀为Trends in Microbiology撰写关于白念珠菌研究进展的综述。

科研领域

目前,真菌感染随着广谱抗生素的滥用和介入性治疗的广泛应用呈现逐年上升的趋势。其中,白念珠菌是人体内一种最常见的机会型致病真菌,60-70%侵入性真菌感染是由白念珠菌引起的。本实验室将以探究白念珠菌致病机制为基础来建立致病真菌与宿主互作关系的实验平台(整合遗传学、生物化学、系统生物学和实验动物感染模型),以期找到新的药物靶点来有效对抗真菌的系统性感染。 主要研究工作包括:1)真菌对宿主体内环境因子的感受器的鉴定和分子机制研究;2)病原真菌从共生菌到致病菌的转换机理;3)真菌的效应因子调控宿主免疫系统的机制;4)真菌耐药机制的研究以及抗真菌药物的筛选。
