个人简介
教授、博士生导师，国家级海外人才引进项目获得者。长期从事外周神经系统对代谢调控的研究。主要应用单细胞测序、全组织荧光成像和神经示踪等研究技术，系统性研究外周神经和外周代谢组织的相互作用，以及在生理、病理条件下这些相互作用变化对机体代谢的影响，旨在深入解析肥胖和糖尿病的发病机制，并探寻新的治疗方法。

科研领域
肥胖与2型糖尿病（T2DM）是全球面临的重大代谢性疾病，其复杂的发病机制仍有待深入解析。本课题组聚焦脂肪组织-外周神经系统互作这一新兴研究领域，创新性地整合单细胞转录组测序、全组织三维荧光成像和跨器官神经环路示踪等前沿技术，系统揭示神经调控网络在代谢失衡中的关键作用，并探索基于神经重塑的靶向治疗新策略。
课题组同时拓展代谢研究的性别差异视角，以乳腺——这一具有独特代谢与内分泌功能的脂肪组织为研究对象，深入探究其在雌性生殖周期中的动态调控机制，为代谢疾病的性别特异性治疗提供新思路。
