科研领域

主要从事感染免疫与炎症反应分子机制与靶向治疗的研究,发现了泛素化与去泛素化修饰在调控病毒免疫、炎性疾病与肿瘤发生转移等过程的关键作用,揭示了相关机制,并从概念上证实靶向相关去泛素化酶可以治疗感染、炎症与肿瘤发生转移。发表论文70余篇,以(共)通讯作者发表论文21篇,包括Nat Cancer,Cell Res(3篇),Cell Host Microbe,Adv Sci(3篇),Nat Commun(4篇),JEM,PNAS等。主持多项国际合作、国家和省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划项目等。
