个人简介

蓝柯,教授、博导,国家杰出青年基金获得者。2006年8月起任中科院上海巴斯德所研究员;2011年-2016年担任中科院上海巴斯德所副所长;2017年1月至今担任病毒学国家重点实验室主任、武汉大学生命科学学院教授;2020年5月至今担任武汉大学动物生物安全三级实验室/动物实验中心主任;2021年4月至今担任武汉大学疫苗研究院院长。

科研领域

主要从事肿瘤疱疹病毒、重要新发病毒的感染及致病机理研究,在卡波氏肉瘤病毒(KSHV)、新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)等方面做出了系统性、原创性的研究工作,在Nature、N Engl J Med、PLoS Pathogens、Emerg Microbes Infect、Journal of Virology、Cell Host Microbe、PNAS、Science Advances、Cell Research、Cancer Research等学术期刊发表论文120余篇。
