After research by the Party Committee of the college, it has been decided to select the Director of the Comprehensive Office of Taikang Life Medical Center through democratic recommendation within the scope of Taikang Life Medical Center. The specific matters are hereby announced as follows:

2、 Qualification and job requirements

Meet the qualification requirements stipulated in the "Work Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Chief and Deputy Cadres in the Second Level Institutions of Wuhan University" (Wu Da Dang Zi [2021] No. 103).

3、 Selection process

1. Registration or recommendation

Individuals voluntarily register, or recommend suitable candidates to the unit's party committee through organizational or other recommendations.

2. Qualification review

The Party Committee of the college will review the conditions and qualifications of applicants in accordance with relevant documents.

3. Democratic recommendation

Carry out democratic recommendation work.

4. Determine the object of investigation

Convene the Party Committee, based on the recommendation results and job requirements, study and determine the inspection targets and issue an inspection announcement.

5. Organize inspections

The Party Committee of the college has established an inspection team to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the main performance, strengths, weaknesses, and shortcomings of the inspection objects in terms of morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity, and other aspects in their respective units.

6. Discuss and decide on candidates

Convene the Party Committee, listen to the introduction of the inspection situation, and after sufficient deliberation, decide on the proposed candidates through anonymous voting. If there is no suitable candidate for a position after research, there may not be a candidate to be appointed.

7. Publicity

Pre appointment publicity shall be conducted on the proposed candidates for a period of 5 working days.

8. Report to the Organization Department of the Party Committee for approval of appointment

The Party Committee of the college shall submit relevant materials on democratic recommendation work and proposed candidates to the Organization Department of the Party Committee for review and issuance of appointment documents.

1.
